You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or use our products to build a competing product without our prior written consent.
Prices, currency, billing cycle, and payment methods for a given product are set out on that product's own sales or checkout page. Purchases may be processed by an independent third-party payment processor or authorized reseller, which may appear on your billing statement instead of, or in addition to, PK Scale LLC. That processor is responsible for handling payment, applicable taxes, and invoicing for the transaction it processes.
You agree not to: (a) use our products for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account or content; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software we provide, except where permitted by law; (d) interfere with or disrupt the operation of our products; or (e) use automated means to scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without authorization.
All content, software, trademarks, and materials associated with our products and this website are owned by PK Scale LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, no rights are transferred to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to a product if you violate these Terms or any product-specific terms. You may stop using our products at any time; where a subscription is involved, cancellation is handled through the platform or processor used to purchase it, subject to that platform's own cancellation process.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products or this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
